各位巨巨早安
小弟目前是社工系四年級,在某個NPO實習
因緣際會之下,我有幸為一群孩子們上課
孩子們年齡落在14-18歲左右
課程的主題不限(以自我探索、生涯發展為主)
而我想以「健身」為主
目的是想讓孩子們瞭解健身對身體是有益無害
想讓孩子們重視自己的健康
另外也想藉由這次課程,破除一些迷思
例如女生練了會變金剛芭比、不練就會整個垮掉等等
課程時間是五十分鐘,想找些影片吸引孩子們的目光
