大家午安
本身一直有在慢跑運動 每天早上固定4~5000m 已經持續半年左右了
體脂肪也降了許多 想說最近開始來練肌肉
但是只想練腹肌而已
所以請問一下 可以只做腹肌、人魚線的訓練運動就好嗎?
這樣成效會不會很怪呢?
