請問是怎麼看的呢?
是行程不完整就是會只練到二頭嗎?
理論上來說,有上臂內收的行程不就有用到闊背嗎?
會這樣問是因為以前聽過有教練說
以練背為目的的話
拉單槓沒必要每下都完全下放到肩胛鬆掉
這樣反而會要多出力做肩胛下壓這一段
多一小段但每組次數會少很多
不全放只做90%行程反而比較好
這個說法是不正確的嗎?
