午餐:便利商店200多卡的稀飯
晚餐:雞腿便當等 (一主菜+三樣副菜)
其他:基代1850
日常作息時間:早上9點起 晚上1點睡
生活型態:(學生)
運動習慣:(有氧運動請「務必」寫明心跳數、時間長短)
騎腳踏車50分鐘,心跳數約120~140左右
我的問題:這樣的作息跟運動量有辦法半年瘦到70整嗎?
很怕估算錯,沒效果
