最近在肌肉沙灘/還有Fitness
看到幾篇大家分享重訓+有氧的女孩子的照片
想說跟大家分享一下我的目標

他是 Allison Stokke, 美國的傑出撐竿跳新秀,
過加州田徑賽撐竿跳冠軍外,還五度打破全美紀錄
因為他還是高中生, 相關照片好像蠻少的
但是她身材真的很好 >"<
這絕對是有重訓有有氧訓練下的產物,
別再說重訓會變成金剛芭比了!!!
但是....我要老實說, 雖然斷斷續續重訓也快10年了,
但在完全不忌口, 又不愛有氧的狀況下,
離目標還蠻遠的阿 (蒙臉)
