不論是自己煮、自己買 都可以有許多選擇
但總有必須在其它地方用餐的時刻
(EX.家人生日、公司聚餐...等)
小弟突發奇想
共邀大家分享如何點餐
餐廳類型越明確越好 以方便大家參考
(在這邊指的是相對選擇,也就是非得在這個地方吃飯的時後,該怎麼點餐比較優)
當然,若能兼顧高蛋白、低油脂更佳
例如:
麥當勞:雙層牛肉吉士堡不加醬不加起士、沙拉不加醬、熱紅茶
豆漿店:無糖豆漿、荷包蛋、饅頭夾蔥蛋
連鎖牛排店:排餐通通不加醬、牛排、雞排(去皮)
路邊小吃店:燙青菜不淋肉燥、雞肉絲飯、魯蛋
涮涮鍋店:沾醬只用辣椒醬油、不吃其它附餐(飲料 甜點)
