慢跑 分段跑 一次跑? - 健身

大家好,我是一個跑步的初學者,從剛開始1600慢慢增加到3200 4500
開始在練習可以一次跑6000~8000 我的速度平均3000跑20分
最近都不計距離直接跑1小時 不包括拉筋 收操
但不是每天能跑 有時候膝蓋不舒服 會兩天跑一次
想請問若一次運動一小時 和我分開兩次運動半小時(譬如早晚) 一樣不包括拉筋收操
在訓練的效果以及熱量的消耗這兩方面來說,會有什麼差別嗎?
