慢跑三周,體重不減 - 健身

本身BMI:28左右,從上上星期開始,每個禮拜三次的慢跑(晚上10點)
從app得到每次的里程數,從一開始的3.多公里------>到近期的6公里
準不準我不知道,但至少都跑40~50分鐘,中途除了紅燈都不停
跑了九次了,體重竟然增加了,跑完沒吃消夜,三餐的話跟平常一樣,都吃一人份
(EX:外面的一碗陽春麵阿,一盤炒飯阿),然後壞習慣是晚睡(一至兩點睡)
這樣變胖真的是正常的嗎QQ
我到底為了什麼跑這3X公里
