慢跑後的伸展? - 健身

小弟平常有在慢跑
大約一個禮拜4.5次
每次約3K,跑完後都會順便投籃一個鐘頭
我最近看到版上的文章說跑步完最好是要做一些收操的動作
但我的問題是我跑步完還會投投籃(輕鬆的投籃)
請問我這樣收操要在麼時候做?慢跑結束還是等練投結束?
還有收操的動作只做拉小腿個動作還有瑜珈的下犬式
這樣量會不夠嗎?
