小妹目前體脂肪27.2,努力用飲食跟運動減脂中
這學期有在學校修重量訓練的課程,授課的老師是拔河國手隊的教練
他說在訓練時如果要慢跑減脂,心跳在每分鐘120下左右時的強度最能讓你有效減到脂肪
我今天在跑步機慢跑時有試著以7的速度跑一小時,心跳差不多就是120
但是並沒有覺得很累或腿很痠之類的欸
想請問大家有沒有聽過這樣的資訊,或有別的看法可以提出的呢??
