三餐內容
早餐:7-11脫指牛奶~豆漿店一個飯糰或燒餅蛋搭配一個熱狗蛋吐司
午餐:上班一個便當飯吃一半~肉的話盡量炸的不選~必要沒辦法的話吃一半肉
晚餐:Subway69元特價品起司不加~醬料指加芥末醬~~有時吃自助餐飯半碗夾一些菜
其他:喝水或是爽健美茶~運動完通常會喝一罐運動速燃飲料
日常作息時間:12點半睡覺6點半起床
生活型態:體力工作者
運動習慣:一個禮拜起碼5~6天健身房跑步50分鐘速度大概8.5m/hr~~大約7公里
做一些肚子方面得器材大約10分鐘~15分鐘
我的問題:周末固定一天會吃餐廳~~但是我都吃一半或是小量澱粉類盡量吃少
請問一下大大們我這樣菜單跟我的運動量~~可以嗎
因為我想要健康瘦~不要像之前都用節食法~~請問各位有瘦身成功的大大們給小第一點寶

看有哪些地方需要注意跟改進~~~畢竟小弟目標65kg~~還有一段很長路要走~~所以不可能
用節食法來瘦身~~瘦下來也不健康~~~~也容易復胖
