: 今年六月,開始接觸慢跑運動,想利用慢跑減重
: 每週約跑3天(連續至少30min以上)
: 但體重瘦到79kg→76kg就沒再降了
: 近來又胖回79kg(中間停一個月)
: 昨日才發現PTT有此版,今日就去康是美量體重以及其他數據
: 不知我的數據,可以從哪方面開始著手減重(減脂)
: 我想正常吃(不另準備減重餐),控制食量方向+慢跑運動著手
: 想請各位大大提供建議

跑步跑了一個月
一周跑步2-4天
每次時間至少30min以上
現在平均速度6km/35min(心跳130)
昨日測10km(1hr7min)
今天又再回到康是美量測
一樣是晚餐前空腹去量
結果數據跟一個月前比較如下
: 性別:男

: 身高:170
: 體重:79 (康是美量測)→79
: BMI: 27.4→27。4
: 體脂率:23.4%(康是美量測)→23。6
: 內脂:11→11
: 基代:1756(康是美量測)→1754
一個月來,根本沒變話化
大大打擊信心了阿!
餐飲一樣沒變,該吃就吃,但有控制量
蔬果也多於肉類
每餐都有吃白米飯
作息時間也都沒變
到底問題出在哪哩!?
請各位前輩解惑
