午餐:番茄麵(含紅蘿蔔+馬鈴薯+兩小塊排骨+叉燒肉+青花菜+蛋)
or自助餐(三菜一飯)
or乾餛飩麵(沒加香油)
晚餐:家裡(糙米飯+花椰菜+青菜+豆皮)
or自助餐(三菜一飯)
日常作息時間:睡眠12:30-7:20
工作9:00-17:00
運動1、3、5 快走40分鐘
晚餐吃完會做個鄭多燕
生活型態:上班族
運動習慣:(有氧運動請「務必」寫明心跳數、時間長短)
快走40分鐘,心跳數約110-120左右
我的問題:
因為胃口很大,只吃這些東西很容易肚子餓,喝水也無法解飢
吃鹹的東西才會滿足....
7-11的話建議吃甚麼東西?
