慢跑訓練心肺功能的跑速 - 健身

各位前輩好! 小弟為了改善免疫系統及心肺功能,最近加入了慢跑的行列,一個禮拜會跑2-3次,一次大概40分鐘,遇到下雨則改踩站姿飛輪,想請教前輩們一個問題,假如沒有減脂需求,單純想增強血液循環及免疫系統,同樣的40分鐘內,是不是跑的較快跑的較遠效果較好呢? 目前跑速大約40分鐘5-5.5km, 體能上還算蠻輕鬆的,再考慮要不要增加速度,來增進血液循環功能以及免疫系統,想請前輩們指點! 非常謝謝!
