慢跑速度這樣會太慢嗎 - 健身

今天下午休假
去了附近的大學跑步
已經半年多沒好好跑步了
今天總共是跑了10圈操場(400m) 快走4圈
跑完十圈 4k 共計40分鐘
快走約10分鐘
以前大學時最多只能跑8圈..
今天跑10圈
有點開心
就是有點突破
但
今天跑的速度蠻慢的
不知道是風太大太冷還是怎樣
也不會覺得超累 @ @"
10圈跑完才感覺到整身熱
汗全飆出來
明天想挑戰12圈
希望可以慢慢進步
越跑越順
也想順便請教一下
是否應該再加強速度 或縮短時間
