早餐的飲品 - 健身

上個禮拜因為腸胃炎,禁食了2天
三餐的內容全變成了稀飯和饅頭
前2天開始可以喝義美鮮榨柳丁汁
以前早餐都會喝優酪乳,不過因為腸胃炎暫時不能碰
所以我想把早餐飲品換成義美柳丁汁
想問問大家不知道這樣替換好不好呢? 謝謝
