其實我也在煩惱這件事情呢
我上一期的成果是 脂肪-2 肌肉+2
可是這一期變成 脂肪不變 肌肉-2
自己衡量 差別就是1.重訓很少 2.多吃了一條洋芋片 兩桶冰淇淋
可是還是有抓不出問題在哪的感覺
因為脂肪一點都沒減真的讓我好灰心阿
目前無力中
