我今天量了體脂肪,有點怪 - 健身

我這三個月來跑步,瘦了10公斤,
肚子肉都不見了,但我一直很抗拒量體脂肪,
因為怕沒有減到脂肪反而減到肌肉,
今天想說鼓起勇氣來測一下體脂肪,
健身房的體脂肪機是兩手伸直緊握握把,中指對準中間的凹洞,
輸入完我的身高體重,開始測量,
測出來是14.8,我問他這樣是不是太多,他說是標準,
請問大家這樣的數據會準確嗎?
我大概要減到多少腹肌會更明顯?
