三餐內容
早餐:全麥吐司生菜起士蛋(偶爾夾燻雞變一下口味)不加任何醬+無糖豆漿
或小7御飯團+低脂或脫脂鮮奶
午餐:自助餐青菜7-8樣吃到飽或湯麵(不喝湯)+3-4樣自助餐青菜
晚餐:同上差不多但一定會加一~二份水果約一碗份量
其他:假日幾乎外食,但會將熱量控制在不超過1800卡 (假日偶有放縱 >////<)
會儘量菜肉均衡,另因討厭喝飲料,故除豆漿鮮奶外幾乎只喝水
日常作息時間:半工半讀夜校生,早上約八點起床~晚上最晚一點前睡(下課已十一點)
生活型態:上班族+老學生
運動習慣:(有氧運動請「務必」寫明心跳數、時間長短)
每天固定慢跑操場一小時,一圈400大約4分鐘內跑完,心跳無法得知但都會有微喘
但生理期會休息~遇下雨就做鄭多燕DVD運動
能走路就走~能站就不坐~常做伸展運動~朋友都說是個好動兒
我的問題:
我的上身體格看來就是壯(臉大頭也大QQ),因為我肩寬有41CM,加上是圓身人(胸有E)
所以和下半身比例有很不協調的情況(一直以下半身都很少胖)
跑步下來發現下半身愈來愈結實(但我不是要練下半身啊冏)
上半身依然強壯,想加強上半身重訓又擔心上半身變更壯
因為我是個骨架大到翻的人(就一般人很少覺得我體重有那麼重,都重在骨頭)
手臂也不知是否和胸有關係,一直以來啞鈴運動和按摩都還是不見它有脫離壯的起色,
夏天來了~我真的很羡慕能穿細肩帶的女生,因為我試過上身穿"少"一點,整個就是有
雄壯威武的強壯感,我甚至比班上一些男生看起來大隻,我不知在飲食或是運動方面
是否能籍由少吃或是改變運動方式(之前有運動過背後肌肉...但只更顯粗勇 QQ)
想拯救我上半身,我有想過或許來減胸變小會看起來好一點?
我想或許和年紀到了多少有關~因為我體脂一直很高,希望能將體脂降到22-25左右
以上麻煩版友建議怎麼做適當瘦到上半身~感恩 ^^
