目前規劃是一週會去運動重心三次,每次至少會跑步半小時,做重量訓練半小時。
最近有想要調整作息習慣,因為工作的關係,已經不正常很久了。
之前太晚睡晚上都會有吃宵夜的習慣,最近也戒掉了。偶而太累,早餐跟午餐會一起吃
,然後一餐吃很多 = =。想說快三十歲了,要好好控制體重,跟養身體。
目前是希望在四個月回到正常的BMI跟體脂率,預計要減十公斤,不知道這樣的運動量
ok嗎?
運動習慣:
目前是一週會去運動中心三次,每次跑步半小時,重量訓練半小時
回家會舉個啞鈴 左右各80下(每天)
目前想要改變的運動方式:
一.腹部.手臂(重訓)
二.有氧跑步
三.腹部.腿部(重訓)
四.有氧跑步
五.有氧跑步.腹部(重訓)
六.休息
日.休息
每次約一小時
