2012年07月11日 【沈能元╱台北報導】台灣晉身亞洲最胖國,減重成為全民運動。醫師
建議欲減重的男女,每日進食熱量應分別控制在1500大卡、1200大卡,再搭配每日30分鐘
的跑步或游泳等運動強度高的運動,每周約可減重0.5公斤。
萬芳醫院昨辦減重記者會,該院肥胖防治中心主治醫師林硯農說,減重一定要少吃,再配
合運動,例如體重60公斤者,進行1小時時速約10公里的跑步,可消耗600大卡,另游泳1
小時也可達到同樣燃燒熱量效果。

搭配熱量控制
昨出席記者會的民眾蔣先生指自己3個月前有95公斤重,經聽醫師指示,每日進食熱量控
制在1500大卡,搭配跑步運動,現已減重12公斤。
同樣減肥有成的台大醫院副院長王明鉅昨也指自己靠著吃台大醫院的減肥餐與規律進行跑
步運動,從一年多前的78公斤,減重至現在的68公斤。他說,剛吃減肥餐,覺得蔬菜超多
、肉超少,但吃久就習慣了。台大醫院營養室主任鄭金寶說,該院減肥餐熱量約550大卡
,一般民眾也可透過精算進食熱量方式來減重。
