基本資料
性別:女
年齡:28
身高:155
體重:54(早上起床空腹量)
BMI:22.5
體脂率:30-35(不同機器量的,但是換算成脂肪量都落在19公斤左右)
內臟脂肪:4
基礎代謝率:1150-1200(也是不同機器量的)
三餐內容
早餐:一個水煮蛋加醬油+一杯大燕麥片加麥粉(共300cc)+一個拳頭大的水果
午餐:自助餐 一個紙碗飯裝平的量+2個拳頭大份量的各式蔬菜+半個拳頭量肉or
炒飯炒麵or麥當勞或摩斯套餐(飲料換玉米濃湯)or蚵仔麵線一碗or
水餃10個加一份燙青菜(只加鹽)
晚餐:大致上同午餐,如果是吃家裡的話就是蔬菜跟魚肉吃到飽(共約4個拳頭的量)
然後不吃飯(我不愛吃飯)
其他:不愛甜食,零食很少吃,約1個月會去吃吃到飽一次,
兩三個星期會吃洋芋片或炸雞排一次
餐間飢餓的話會吃ㄧ個拳頭大的水果
一天飲水量約兩公升
日常作息時間:00-08 睡覺
08-09 快走一小時(6KM)
09-10 洗澡吃早餐
12-13 午餐
19-20 晚餐
21-21:30 快走半小時(3KM)
生活型態:考生
運動習慣:快走(跑步機) 時間見日常生活作息,目前是一週七天
(實施4天而已@@)
我的問題:從大學時候體脂肪就很高,最低只量過27.28,一直以來都靠衣服遮住大肚子
但是肚臍那一圈已經直逼80公分了@@(我沒有辦法時時刻刻都縮小腹啊@@)
趁著家裡買了跑步機,想好好來減體脂肪!
想請問我的飲食或運動是不是有需要改進的地方?
