恩,我又看了一次我的小腿(之前有發過崩潰文),終於決定PO菜單(躁鬱中)。
我是否已經詳讀置底文及精華區中的新手專區:是
基本資料
性別:女
年齡:24
身高:166
體重:早上起床量通常52
BMI:18.87
體脂率:20.4
基代:康是美量的1206
內臟脂肪:2
身體年齡:19
參考照片:無
三餐內容(熱量估算易受餐飲的原物料、份量、製程手法影響,請儘可能量化並描述)
早餐:1. 烤地瓜200g or
2. 小七藍莓貝果 or
3. 厚片土司夾快樂牛低脂起司一片(通常吃一份不滿足,會吃到兩份) or
3. 桂格大燕麥片(優格、牛奶楓糖口味)
以上若吃不飽就會再喝一杯300ml無糖豆漿
午餐:1.鍋燒意麵 or
2.咖哩蛋包飯(豬肉或雞肉) or
3.滷肉飯/雞肉飯+滷蛋 or
4.酸辣湯餃 or
5.榨菜肉絲麵 or
6.雞排or雞腿便當 or
7.辛拉麵加蛋加菜 or
8.皮蛋瘦肉粥/虱目魚肚粥
(曾經想跟板上的菜單,但是自助餐實在太貴了又吃不飽,
所以大多還是買單份可以吃飽的品項居多)
午餐是我一天當中可以吃最豐盛的一餐,所以有點放肆
食量不算小,以上的麵飯量都有加大
但我不會一次整個吃完,會留1/3傍晚運動前吃
晚餐:1. 午餐剩下的1/3 運動前吃
(以下是運動完吃)
+便利商店、摩斯或麵包店買的到、或自製蔬菜沙拉(100大卡以內)
+無糖豆漿500ml
(+水煮蛋一顆)
很餓時會喝一杯馬玉山燕麥(120卡)or烤地瓜100g
其他:1. 每天都會吃水果,芭樂、鳳梨或番茄,控制在200-300卡
2. 一天喝水2000-2500ml
3. 飲料很少喝,如果要喝只喝波蜜(另想問波蜜是否真可以補充蔬果來源?)
約一周喝一次摩斯紅茶,一個月喝一次珍奶/吃一次豆花
4. 之前喜歡吃的麵包、包子、酥餅塔皮類、零食全戒掉了
5. 用APP非常認真記錄每天所吃下的東西(連去costco試吃的一小口都會算進去)
盡量均衡飲食(紀錄後才知道日常生活中油脂居然這麼氾濫)
以上菜單都會根據每天微調種類或數量
缺澱粉類就吃地瓜,缺蛋白質就喝豆漿/水煮蛋,缺油脂類就吃花生
每天至少吃到1300卡,大部分吃到1500-1600,
小放縱時1800-1900(一周一次),大放縱2000-3000(一個月一次)
日常作息時間:10:00-11:00起床 早餐
12:30-14:00 午餐
17:00-18:00 晚餐(午餐剩的1/3便當)
20:00-21:00 運動
22:00-00:00 吃沙拉、喝豆漿
03:00-10:00 睡覺
生活型態:菸酒生
運動習慣:
1. 一周慢跑4-5天,跑50分鐘+走10分鐘,速度8km/h,心跳140-160
2. 懶得出門就在家跳鄭多燕,通常是1,2,4片挑兩片做,共1小時,不會很累
(第三片我是拿1.5kg的啞鈴,我把它歸類成重訓)
3. 在家念書累了就做做仰臥起坐、背部仰臥起坐、伏地挺身、深蹲等等簡易重訓
4. 每天睡前拉筋10分鐘(拉很極致到劈腿下腰那種),抬腿15分鐘
我的問題:
1. 不要再說我瘦,我對自己身材很不滿意,之前有發過文,運動到現在也未見起色
下盤穩是我的痛 (臀36吋,小腿圍34cm)
2. 減肥至今4個月,只減了一公斤,身型也沒太大變化(友人說的),腿倒是變很粗(暴走)
3. 雖說只減了一公斤,常常晚上吃大餐後,隔天早上量體重又馬上打回原形型
對不起我真的無法不跟體重計的數字斤斤計較
我‧就‧是‧不‧想‧看‧到‧53!(暴走)
4. 難道作息真的是我最大的問題嗎?
從康是美量的數據中,我的身體機能似乎還算正常
沒有便祕問題,每天起床必上大號,小腹異常平坦,膚況不差
5. 菸酒生生活每天面對的就是電腦和論文,很難轉移注意力,老是在用手機算卡路里
算著今天要吃什麼、吃完開始想下一餐什麼時候才可以吃、一直刪除修改浪費時間
把菜單上東西吃完就很怕等一下如果餓了該怎麼辦
聚餐前會焦慮,因為不想看到53
6. 雖然運動很開心,可是每次一出門跑步就是一小時半起跳,回來弄一弄就兩小時過去
心理一直掛念著論文還沒寫論文還沒寫還出來跑步
結果跑這麼久論文還是沒寫完體重也沒掉很多(再度暴走)
7. 外觀看起來我51公斤和53的時候完全沒差,褲子穿起來緊度感覺都一樣
所以問題到底出在哪?
8. 上個月母親節回家,家人朋友聚餐少不了
但是都很刻意吃少、吃挑熱量不高的菜吃,結果回來後53.9大哭崩潰
無法接受每天壓抑地吃這些無法讓自己滿足的東西,(克制的)大吃一頓後又打回原形
那我之前的努力是為了什麼?
9. 總而言之,我應該是有病,減肥減的好痛苦。
難道我真的回不去過年前的51了嗎?
然後我現在一點都不想去跑步......
