我最一開始
身高174 體重62 體脂20多%
開始接觸健身後
體重一直維持62 體脂12%
但覺得肌肉一直沒什麼增長
於是開始刻意多吃
現在體重68 體脂18%
大家都說我變壯很多 外表差異很大
如果我想追求線條明顯精壯的身材
現在應該開始要減脂了嗎
還是繼續增重?
