小弟我有著紅血球比較小(類地中海貧血,
但是醫生說我的紅血球量比較多所以貧血的症狀不明顯)
以及氣喘(現在很少發作)的痼疾..
所以有氧的運動對我來說相對比較吃力,平時都重訓比較多
算是很好的紓壓方式,
但是面對著被女友嫌越來大的肚子
勢必要做些有氧減脂,也想讓腹肌更明顯
一開始選擇跑步
聽大家都說減脂要做低強度而長時間的運動
就是心跳大概保持130~150 超過就會直接消耗肌肉而不是脂肪?
但是我以大概7~8 km/hour 的速度跑個三分鐘我心跳就16X了
上次跑10分鐘看到17X的心跳@@
我就改用走的
想不到用走的也是大概10分鐘心跳就16X了
這次換騎腳踏車機
用level 8的強度 騎大概 90 rpm 騎個三分鐘~心跳一樣就16X
我感覺我沒有像跑步這麼吃力這麼喘呀,怎麼心跳這麼恐怖
10分鐘後又看到17X的心跳
我應該要去檢查?還是因為我的身體狀況,心跳高本來就正常?
基本上到17X的心跳我都還沒感覺到很明顯的不適,
不過跑步會比腳踏車機更喘就是,
不知道這樣的心跳撐一個小時我會不會休克??呵呵
