我真的沒有時間去運動>< - 減肥

上次發表了我的減肥心得
(不知道者請爬文,謝謝^^)
然後我對減肥更有信心,也很開心自己培養出了運動的習慣
但.....緊接著我開學了
雖然我課不多(周五、六、日)
但因為我有接助教的工作,除了跟課,
還要去老師辦公室跟老師討論、開會、值班
回宿舍後還要幫老師找資料、整理資料...
還有跟同學的讀書會、小團體
(雖有約運動日,但只約的出一天><)
還有跟所上老師的行政單位工作、開會(前天開會回宿舍已經晚上10點多@@)
課很重,某一科每天都要寫兩三篇記錄
某一科每周都有作業
我知道時間像擠乳溝一樣,硬擠還是擠得出來
但,每天回到宿舍,我總是精疲力盡
(今天回到宿舍是晚上6點半,這禮拜最早的一天@@)
想去學校的操場慢跑
但學校處在很偏僻的地方,晚上操場也沒有燈,我一個人去也不太安全
(我同學們都還有課....學校操場使用者並不多)
要到市區的操場或我們鄰校的操場,還得騎一段有點恐怖的路
(請原諒我真的沒啥膽)
兩個禮拜來都只有回家的那一天才能去跑
我真的很心慌,沒運動也讓我心情很不好!!
有沒有人跟我一樣身陷如此窘境的呢?
