本身有肥胖問題 已經減三個月了 目前似乎在停滯期
以全身的比例來講 我的頭跟四肢是小的(雖然還是胖) 但是肚子超大
大概有點像快生的孕婦 就肚子比例不正常的大 其他部位有孕婦腫 QQ
有氧就是減全身我知道 不過重訓可以雕塑阿~~
從姐妹版看到
減脂健康版:
星期一:胸、三頭、肩膀
星期二:有氧
星期三:大腿、小腿、腹部
星期四:有氧
星期五:背、二頭
星期六:有氧
星期天:休息
想問 如果我想特別針對消肚子該怎麼調整菜單才好呢?
因為置底有寫說不要針對想瘦的部分一直做
可是沒有說該怎樣才可以瘦想瘦的地方 Orz
而且覺得很怪 因為如果常做肚子的話
肚子那邊的肌肉會增加不是應該會幫我消耗熱量嗎?
為什麼反而不能一直做肚子來減肚呢?
