三餐內容
早餐:兩片全麥吐司+低脂起司+生菜數片、苜蓿芽+幾顆costco蔓越莓干
綠色奇異果1顆+ 低糖豆漿100cc穀片20g吧
6點30就吃了,結果我10點半~11點就很餓 ><
午餐:五穀紫米飯小碗(自助餐那種白色紙小碗弄平平的)
青菜2樣
雞丁3塊
7-11小蕃茄吃一半
下午:午睡醒後,把另一半小蕃茄吃掉。
到了下午3點半,又開始餓了。
買了無糖豆漿,倒一半250cc 然後加一些special k 穀片,大概3匙吧
晚餐:素食店 青花椰菜約7朵、小蔬菜捲、豆腐一小塊、南瓜一小片
運動前:啃了一片全麥吐司 幾片蔓越莓
其他:我不知道為什麼,整天一直覺得肚子好餓 ><
日常作息時間:工作8:00~5:00 上班族
生活型態:上班族 一直坐著 @@
運動習慣:慢跑 一個禮拜最少3天,每次都跑滿1小時(約8km)
因為是慢慢跑所以1小時才跑了8km。
如果要跑滿10km,我需要花1小時又15分。
已經跑了一年多了,從55下降到現在卡住 >﹏<
從最初30min到現在可以跑1小時
跑一休一,想讓膝蓋休息
週末有時候會去游泳,自由式+蛙式,游滿50min或1小時(2000m)
我的問題:1.我會吃太多嗎?是不是要再減量?
我的基代是1175
可是我一整天一直在肚子餓 >< 嗚嗚
2. 是不是要再加強運動量,變成每天一小時嗎?
請指教 謝謝
