手腕受傷 韌帶發炎問題 - 健身

各位巨巨板大好
小弟在練推日後手腕不適
醫生判斷韌帶發炎,左手腕內側轉動會痛,
大拇指以下掌心肉到手腕下神經會痛。
至今已經一個月仍有些微不適。
想請教各位有沒有相關經驗:
是因為什麼動作受傷的,應該如何避免呢?
猜想應該是啞鈴臥推手腕後翻
而且我覺得我手指握力不足(不知道有影響嗎)
需要休息多久才能進行推、拉的重訓呢?
以及有什麼除了電療熱敷外的治療方式呢?
(會去嘗試物理治療)
