手腕扭傷與啞鈴臥推 - 健身

先敘述一下個人狀況
在一年多前因為騎車摔車扭傷了「左手手腕扭傷」後,半年多前因提重物又復發到至今;
而在幾個禮拜前滑滑板跌倒「右手手腕扭傷」。目前是兩手都扭傷的狀態,左手較為嚴重
右手不太影響,也去給醫生檢查過都說多休息。
在做啞鈴臥推的時候 單手 ,從地面拿起至大腿時與啞鈴舉於空中喬位子時,左手會
痛但沒很嚴重;右手則不影響。
因為左手手腕扭傷已經一年了,實在等不下去又跑來臥推,但實在有點擔心因此上來詢問
版友們有沒有相關經驗,如果我繼續這樣作下去行嗎?好嗎?或是有什麼建議能讓手腕扭
傷更快好等方法呢?
請教 :啞鈴臥推完當下或隔天都沒感覺到胸部有酸感,手臂也沒有就舉不起來而已。我
在做的時
候會把腿交叉舉起來 聽說出力感知力會較好 ,在此詢問時哪方面出來問題。
請教 :在啞鈴臥推或是伏地挺身時,有時候到快不行的時候,手臂感覺好像有電流抽過
似的,那種感覺比電流針灸還強烈,這是一種警訊嗎?
