大小不均 - 健身

請益各位版上的猛男美女嗎:
本人一直以來都是自己在鍛鍊身體、因為沒有多餘的預算請私人教練、純粹因為本人把健
身當興趣在運動來做、但近日發現有個很大的問題...就是大小不均的生長、我知道可能使
力造成不均衡、有什麼建議給我好讓我自己努力使大小不一的身形橋回來嗎?
小弟慣用手是右手目前狀況:
左胸比右胸大
右臂比左擘大
