各位巨巨 辣妹好
不知這樣問O不OK
我目前155/54,但體脂29%完全傻眼等級
之前早上每周至少晨跑3天15分鐘~半小時,一次至少3K,有時跑5~6K
發現完全降不下來所以今年二月開始重訓,約一周2~3次(2次居多),通常接在跑步後面
但是這兩周做各式器材結束後完全沒感覺體重也一直降不下來,(還有增重過...orz
希望能請大家幫忙看看哪邊出問題
菜單:
早餐→熱牛奶一杯+胚芽飯糰(內有核桃)+水果一袋
午餐→不一定,主要是一般40~100元的便當
晚餐→不吃(反正沒需求也不餓),10點吃一根香蕉
中間偶爾會吃零食(巧克力、餅乾、蛋捲、蛋糕一類),但不是常態最多一周一次
重訓組數(一組20下):器材名字忘光了,大致描述一下請大家見諒><
核心(轉腰那種):15磅,4組
大腿內收機(往內收的那種):6磅,4組
向上推舉:1磅,三下一組(因為一下就沒力了QQ),共5組,核心前後各做3組
直立划船機:19磅,4組(但第二組開始拉到頸部就拉不下來了><)
手臂靠著懸空舉腳那種(好像是練腹肌&腿部的):10下一組,共4組(但太累時一組只能4下)
其實從跑步無法減脂開始就很不解了
所以想在訓練初期就先詢問意見免得做錯
另外也想知道該加做些甚麼比較好呢??
目前主要想練腹肌、二頭、大腿肌~~
