平常有在做有氧運動
偶爾打打籃球
我想問的是
重訓
打籃球
慢跑
這三種最終成型的體態方向
重訓有健力&健美兩種方向
健力一不小心就變成肉豬
健美的肌肉難成型
慢跑可以減脂
但極限到了 體型就變乾扁
籃球看起來算均衡
但很傷膝蓋
像我一直瘋狂變向+Nice大轉身
之後膝蓋就不舒服了
所以想要在短期內半年體型衝上來
要如何取捨
才能最大效益化
