打籃球最高心率198 平均150 - 健身

平時都習慣戴智慧手錶運動,
打了場籃球比賽,
最高心率竟然高達 198,
比賽加收操大約1小時平均心率 150,
很少測到這麼高的最高心率.
但是整場比賽完,
沒什麼異狀,
也不會特別喘.
有一點特別的,
就是今天比賽前特別喝了黑咖啡 + 豆漿.
參考邱正宏醫師說的.
這樣應該OK吧?
會幫助減脂嗎?
