如題,最近要考一個就職考試,裡面體能測驗為
扛20kg沙包跑50公尺,手抱或上肩都可以。
規定是15秒以內合格。
平常有運動習慣,一週2~3次重訓約半年
深蹲不含槓20公斤,肩推10公斤
不考慮買沙包回家練,希望能有效運用健身房器具訓練就好。
想請問有什麼適合的訓練菜單嘛?謝謝。
