三餐內容
早餐:
(1) 飲品:桂格大燕麥片 or 無糖豆漿 or 低脂牛奶 450ml
(2) 主食:鮪魚生菜起司貝果(自製)or
雜糧麵包兩片(核桃/杏仁片/葡萄乾等,特愛全麥or黑麥麵包)or
芋頭饅頭一個(非芋泥餡,是吃得到芋頭絲的那種)+ 其它饅頭製品
(3) 水果:蘋果 or 奇異果 or 芭樂
午餐:
(1) 主食:雞肉生菜沙拉(自製,雞肉是照燒口味,去皮約掌心大小,醬是和風醬)
+ 雜糧麵包兩片
(2) 水果:加州油桃 or 黑李 or 紅李 兩顆
晚餐:
(1) 主食:
a. 涼拌豆腐一盒 + 家裡煮的青菜/肉類/菇一盤(太油會過水)+
涼拌菜(海帶芽 / 小黃瓜) or
b. 便利商店賣的和風沙拉 + 茶葉蛋(晚上若有運動)
(2) 飲品:無糖豆漿 450ml or 低脂牛奶 400ml
其他:
(1) 中午12點前可能不定時吃小點心或水果,但盡量保持300卡以內的東西
種類包含:英式鬆餅、日式仙貝(硬)、蔥花捲、豆腐捲、果醬土司(自製)、
洋芋片(極少)等零食類產品
(2) 下午偶爾會喝飲料,原則都是無糖飲料或無糖鮮奶茶為主
(3) 一個月約3-4次聚餐 如約晚上盡量不吃澱粉或減半
但如果是約中午或出去旅遊 那就沒有限制地大吃大喝了
麻煩請比照男生食量 <-- 我想這是重點!
日常作息時間:(睡眠、工作、...等時間)
睡眠:晚上12:30左右睡 隔天約7:30左右起床
工作:九點上班、六點下班 不定時需要晚上加班開會
生活型態:上班族
運動習慣:
(1) 每週一次瑜珈 60mins
(2) 每週三堂有氧:一般有氧、拳擊有氧、飛輪有氧(各60mins)
除一般有氧心跳較低(大概只有110-120)
其它都可以達到 130-150 (爆汗+微喘)
(3) 每週兩次健身房:重量訓練(著重手臂+臀、腿部)+
滑步機 40-50 mins(心跳約130-140)+
腳踏車 20 mins (心跳約110-120)
(4) 不定時的鄭多燕+比利大叔:約 30-60 mins
(比利大叔 心跳可以到150 ><")
(5) 偶而吃當天吃太多 會選擇走路或逛街 4-5 HRs 消食
我的問題:
其實我的減重史大概持續了快兩年
主要起始點應該是剛從國外回來 看到國內的妹怎麼都這麼瘦 而且衣服也不好買
才打定主意開始想說要瘦身
不過由於國內飲食習慣跟國外本來就不同 再加上開始每週定期運動
大概一週一次有氧和瑜珈 所以一年就掉了10KG
只不過接下來的停滯點倒是讓人很挫折
後來每週加強運動(兩次有氧+瑜珈) 排除中餐和晚餐澱粉攝取 ><"
再加上「飲食紀錄式」的控制 總算突破停滯期 約半年下降8KG左右
不幸的是 最近又遇到停滯期 所以加強了每週運動的時間和比例
嚴格控制每天攝取的熱量約莫在 1200-1400 大卡(飲食紀錄會計算每餐的熱量)
但是體重和體脂幾乎就在這個範圍內打轉 好挫折阿阿阿阿
此外 吃飯很快也是我很大的問題 所以常常覺得沒有飽的感覺 @@"
最近有看到新聞受到打擊 所以開始落實細嚼慢嚥機制(一口要咬40下)
我的目標:體脂希望可以降到20左右 體重希望可以掉到53KG
雖然我本人看起來像55KG 但是還是希望數字上可以再漂亮一點(尤其是體脂)
最近看到版上有人推廣慢跑和游泳 想說是換一下運動種類會不會有幫助
順便問問大家飲食部分應該要怎麼調整 我已經無計可施了 (哭哭)
