我是否已經詳讀置底文及精華區中的版規:(是!!)
我持續團體課程運動(有氧+瑜珈)週一到六每天兩個小時
周日重訓(20分鐘)+跑步機40分(每小時5公里的速度)
運動模式有兩年左右..
最近到東豐綠色隧道騎單車.騎往馬場的方向來回..
一群人我竟然墊底!!
若以年紀身型來比較
同樣是155公分,年紀30的女生~
包含
腸胃不好的會計(目測體重不到40KG)
可愛的開朗少女(目測體重55KG)
持續運動的我(當時體重46KG)
據我了解前兩位同事完全與運動扯不上邊
為甚麼騎單車我還要勾住她們才回得來><""
回程真的是明顯的體力不支.但大家都還是談笑風生
讓我掉進無止盡的漩渦...
且我的身體狀況一向良好,除了會生理痛..
持續運動似乎沒有增加體力哩..( ̄艸 ̄")WHY?
