挑戰好幾次硬舉pr都失敗
上週依舊挑戰pr,好不容易槓都過膝蓋準備鎖住了
然後手竟然滑掉了,超好笑的......
這幾天要再挑戰一次,碳酸鎂準備好了
但是訓練的地方沒有使用碳酸鎂的習慣
來閒聊一下有哪些要注意的地方
我是裝在袋子裡面在旁邊抹好
然後準備好毛巾跟抹布,訓練完畢再擦乾淨槓還有地板
