最近量inbooy不知道誤差還是真的掉肌肉
上次量

大概健身時間幾乎每天下午七點吃飯後
重訓(肌耐力)非重舉一小時 胸腿天天輪流
有氧(慢跑)一小時+慢走5分收操
會運動完喝無糖豆漿+兩個香蕉
體重有降 不知道為何連肌肉量跟著降
請問這是有氧做太久的問題嗎?
