我知道吃低於基代不好
今天異想天開一個想法
假設基代1200
週一到五吃都吃1000
等於低於基代200*5=1000
週六日兩天各吃1200+500
這樣可行嗎
會有這個想法是因為畢竟假日難免有家人、朋友聚餐
不去邊緣人
去了東挑西挑的也感覺很難相處
自己也麻煩
加上假日常常睡醒都快中午了
光是想到一天可以有那麼多扣打可以吃就覺得幸福>_<
平日自己煮熱量很好控制
假日不好控制真的很啊雜
