1、久而久之造成腸道對這種刺激的依賴 => 腸蠕動的喪失 => 可能會導致更嚴重的便秘
2、反覆沖洗腸道 => 好菌壞菌全沖光 => 腸道菌群失調 => 腸腸出狀況 => 免疫力下降
3、腸黏膜損傷 => 腸穿孔
4、容易造成腸道痙攣、噁心、嘔吐、腹痛、腹脹、肛周刺激和疼痛、腸炎...等副作用
5、嚴重一點,甚至會引起敗血症,或身體的電解質失衡 => 然後導致心腎衰竭

一般而言,人體血液的pH值呈弱鹼環境(pH 7.35~7.45)
當pH值過低 => 抑制中樞神經系統傳導功能 => 造成個體昏迷甚至死亡

正常狀況下 真正會造成體內pH值大幅改變的 其實只有運動
舉例來說 在極度激烈的最高強度無氧運動時 由於大量產生CO2和乳酸
會使血液pH值下降到7.0左右
這時你會感覺到肌肉強烈的痠痛 使你無法繼續運動下去
(而血液pH值若下降到7.0以下 即會有生命危險 所以沒有什麼酸性體質這種事情)
但是經過一段時間的休息之後 肺部氣體交換將過多的CO2排出體外
乳酸也被代謝完畢之後 血液pH值又會回升到7.4
而運動過程中暫時性的pH改變 也和食物扯不上什麼關係
只不過是很普通的生理現象而已
