小弟新手剛練一個多月,硬舉90公斤由於抓不住只能做到3RM
前天繭還直接翻開見紅肉連碰水都痛
所以想買拉力帶來提升訓練強度,爬了文後怕前臂與其他肌群的差距越拉越大
若用握力器來補強,想請教公斤數準則該如何挑選呢?
以及訓練方式依然是用組數次數來計算嗎?
