要練胸部份
之前練握推都會把推舉桿 兩手全握
但看其他人有些用兩手半握的方式
感覺是用半掌支撐 比較容易讓胸部出到力
手掌全握好像比較容易用到手的力量而沒練到胸
結果今天試試半握用手掌支撐
做沒幾下就不行了
反而比手全實握的次數少
問各位版友不知道哪一種手握姿勢比較容易讓胸出到力
