請問各位巨巨
如果我現在70kg一天想攝取140g蛋白質
可以一天喝4份高蛋白嗎?這樣總共約有100g蛋白質
剩下40g再從雞胸跟蛋攝取
這樣跟喝兩份高蛋白其他用吃的比 會不會效果較差?
主要是因為我食量較小
每次吃完半碗糙米、三至四顆蛋、青菜後就很飽了
都要硬吃雞胸肉覺得太飽滿痛苦的 囧
如果喝四份可以的話我早餐跟運動後各兩份
感覺比較容易達標 謝謝各位巨巨!
