常常看到很多人在苦惱說
白煮雞胸肉味道真的會很膩等等
所以小弟在此想分享家母在維也納有跟健身教練學來的簡易雞胸肉料理法
讓大家可以在家自製好吃但健康的雞胸
由於昨天剛吃 今天才想到要貼文 忘記拍照
之後有做再補圖
-----------以下方法------------
1.去市場買那種去骨一片的那種雞胸肉
2.使用平底鍋,加一點點油(這邊的油只是為了讓雞肉不黏鍋,不影響味道,所以加一點點就
好)
3.打蛋攪拌後 將肉均勻沾上蛋汁(但不要整個丟進去,用沾的即可)
4.在肉上灑上些許鹽和麵粉(量透過自己喜好,我只灑一點點,大概各2-3g的量)
5.接著下鍋煎熟即可
這種方法雖然用煎的,但是幾乎也只有鍋上一點點的油,雞胸肉本身就沒什麼脂肪,
剩下蛋汁可以再拿來炒蛋等等,
感覺吃起來很像在吃排餐廳的雞排,但是沒有油,
家母說他們維也納很多健身的人都這麼吃,
很好吃也不會油或不營養,一次煎兩片直接當主餐吃也很ok,
之後我會在補圖,但各位巨巨如果覺得白煮雞胸味道太一成不變,可以試試看~
