教練課程的好處? - 健身

加入健身房運動已經幾個月
最近在考慮要不要買教練課程
主要是想要雕塑線條
因為目前已經有瘦下來 前幾個禮都沒有做重訓或其他訓練
只有做做有氧運動 心跳率有到最大心跳率*60%以上 有時候心跳會到150
時間是20分到30分左右
最近感覺體脂又開始上升 然後肉都軟軟的 是不是有氧做太多?
請給我建議 或是請有上過教練課程(8堂以上)的大大 說說心得
