新手女生重訓心得 - 健身

嗨大家好
從本版獲益良多
這邊想先簡單跟大家分享一下自己短短三個月左右的重訓心得
希望能讓更多女生來接觸重訓
一開始接觸重訓不免俗是些很膚淺的原因
就是有些褲子穿不下,實在很想瘦下來把自己塞回去以前買的褲子裡!!!
先介紹一下自己好了
我算是一個運動細胞滿發達的女生
以前有練過田徑跟參加過熱舞社,也很喜歡打排球羽球
然後覺得自己太久沒運動的話會去跑跑操場或河堤
至少跑個5k以上讓自己的身體有動起來
所以以前應該算是或多或少有在運動
然後飲食習慣非常糟糕
早餐都是早餐店都可以點到三份早餐+大冰奶(後來才知道早餐店的東西其實很油)
大學以後每天狂喝手搖杯,可以說是把手搖杯當水在喝(一天可以喝三、四杯)
每天的宵夜都是摩斯、鹽酥雞這種邪惡的東西
然後我一直以來都是體重過輕的那種
所以從不覺得自己有什麼需要改掉的地方哈哈哈哈
可是過了25歲後
我發現我有許多褲子開始穿不上去了……
然後身邊的每個人都開始問我:你是不是胖了?
內心實在無法接受自己日漸突出的小腹就報名了健身房開始想去運動
但是每次在健身房繞半天都不知道自己該從什麼器材用起
大概每次去健身房都是看到哪個器材剛剛有人用我就跟著用一下
也不知道自己有沒有用對可是又很害羞不敢問別人
於是就詢問了身邊有在重訓的友人能不能帶著我練
但是我的朋友有在重訓的都是男生居多
練的最頻繁的部位就是在練胸…
還有他們老是說覺得我握推做得很怪、硬舉也很怪
可是又不知道怎麼改善我的動作
於是我開始想在批踢踢上找專業的女生教練改善我的動作
當初找教練的條件是設定為女生、交通方便、非連鎖健身房的自由教練、專業用心
最後因緣際會下找到了我現在的教練
從去年的11月開始上課到現在都是以free weight為主
在剛開始上課時我從沒想過我自己能做到
因為跟朋友練時常有懷疑自己是不是身體不太協調的問題甚至是不適合重訓
然後我一開始覺得最難發力的部位是胸跟背
每次都不知道自己到底做得對不對
但是在教練的教導下我居然很快就找到發力的方式XD
第一次上完背、胸隔天的痠痛感居然讓我覺得很感動
因為以前跟朋友練胸跟背我覺得痠的好像都是手哈哈哈哈哈哈
平時滿喜歡用youtube看看館長、Jeff、女神Whitney之類的影片
IG上也追蹤了不少有在健身的女生
因為這樣滑一滑手機就能鞭策自己去運動
雖然看了網路上許多影片也聽了別人講解動作
但是自己在做的時候往往都是有盲點的
有人指正自己的動作可以避免受傷
然後以前的我有點隨便
每次運動完都是稍微拉拉筋就算交差了
在上過教練課後我才了解到原來放鬆跟伸展肌肉的重要性
也才知道原來肌肉過度緊繃會影響到運動表現
有幾次自己練背的時候在做離心時會有一個ㄆㄧㄚㄆㄧㄚ聲
我一直以為是自己的骨頭發出聲音就不敢再繼續做下去
後來有次在上課時也是發出這個聲音教練就跟我說是我的肌肉太緊了
幫我放鬆後再做那個動作就沒有這個聲音了
讓我覺得肌肉真的很神奇
這邊也要感謝教練不斷的讓我突破自己的極限
很多時候都不敢相信自己能再往上加重量
但是在一次次的突破後
我才發覺原來自己的身體居然變得這麼有力量
也很喜歡現在自己的狀態
上次上課深蹲已經可以蹲超過自己體重了
蹲55kg對很多人來說可能很輕
可是我本來是一個連空槓都背不起來的人
現在能有這樣的成果我很感動也很有成就感
目前一周大概都會去健身房3-4次
除了重訓外,有氧的部分也持續有在做
練完胸跟背的那天會去用跑步機跑一下間歇跑、
偶爾不重訓就去純慢跑或用用滑步機,再不然就是去上團體有氧課
我個人最喜歡上body pump
然後以前的我做二頭、背、胸的那幾part好像都是在用手亂甩
而且以前上完都不太會流汗(我本身也不太會流汗)
可是自從會正確讓肌肉發力後每次上完課運動內衣都是濕的……
除了重訓我也樂在參與各式不同的運動
不同的運動讓我看見了不同的自己
然後慢慢看著自己的身體變化也是一件非常有趣且愉悅的事情

可以看出圓肩跟骨盆前傾的狀況改善很多
然後以前的我體重一超過45就會很緊張然後狂去跑步 = =
但是現在的我不太那麼重視體重了、也知道只做有氧很快就會胖回來
除了心態改變了之外
我也從現在的教練這學到了怎麼吃、怎麼控制肌肉
不管練哪個部位,每一下肌肉的感受最重要
最後希望小弱弱我有朝一日也可以有漂亮的屁屁跟性感的背肌
