我的基本資料
29歲、男、身高180、體重92
原本五月初96kg
早餐7-11沙拉+蒸蛋+豆漿
午餐自助餐青菜+菇類+雞肉+半碗飯
晚餐7-11沙拉+雞胸
吃了兩個禮拜沒運動掉了6kg
上禮拜天吃個麥當勞馬上補了2kg回來

算出我的基礎代謝2,029.2;TDEE2,435.04
以正常減脂為目標建議攝取2,069.78
蛋白質202g、脂肪81g、碳水132g
在看了我今天的菜單
早餐地瓜300g、豆漿300g、茶葉蛋×2
午餐7-11海藻沙拉+和風醬、雞胸100g、無糖希臘式優格
下午堅果一把
晚餐7-11海藻沙拉+和風醬、雞胸100g、溫泉蛋×2
這樣算仙女餐嗎
我自己估算一下,有幾個營養成分我忘了
熱量大概1230、脂肪36+、碳水103+、蛋白質81+
除了碳水接近建議量,其他有點難達標啊
尤其是蛋白質,7-11的雞胸一塊才16.6g蛋白質,一餐吸收30g,假設雞胸配豆漿算30g,這樣一天要吃7餐才夠?
然後我現在要先都吃到建議熱量再來調整比例還是?
另外感覺全靠7-11,體脂還沒減錢包先減光了
