新手減肥 - 健身

性別:男
年齡:20
身高:171
體重:89
BMI:30.79
體脂率:29.4
參考照片:就別獻醜了QQ(可免填,但抱怨自己太壯或肌肉太大塊者必填)
三餐內容
早餐:A 兩片土司,火腿,蛋(無美乃滋)+低脂鮮奶
B 桂格大燕麥片+果汁牛奶(奶粉泡的)
午餐:小七的49或59或69隨便配or燒臘便當
晚餐:炒飯or便當
其他:幾乎每天會來一瓶,純喫茶綠茶20元那種(簡直上癮..)
日常作息時間:早上固定7點起床,晚上最晚1點半上床
生活型態:學生
運動習慣:
偶爾慢跑,10分鐘,心跳約170的樣子(健身房的跑步機測的)
打壘球(骨折之後已經沒動一個月了)
我的問題:最近手腕骨折,嚴重缺乏運動,量了一下體脂,超級高的29.4,
看了我自己都想哭,想做重量訓練,都只有腳的可以做,想慢跑,可是常常下雨,
沒地方可以跑,所以想說先從吃的下手,可是學生幾乎三餐都在外,好難控制
小七的東西都好貴;平常最喜歡的運動,無奈手骨折...
早餐的部分,果汁奶粉,當初想換其他口味,因為原味喝掉一罐,想換其他試試,
結果他超級甜的,但是還是得把他喝完在換下一罐,午晚餐的部分,
有什麼可以推薦外食族的好物,可以好控制飲食的?
重量訓練很重要,但是我想說手好之後,再去辦一個健身證,之前都是上課做的
看著老師再幫同學們做菜單,真的很無奈手骨折,一半以上的健身器材
連動都不能動,身體年齡43是怎麼回事啦!!!!
