任何習慣的養成,約需時三~四週
羅馬非一日造成!為免一開始同時並行調整飲食與培養運動習慣易分散心力或造成負擔
可視個人狀況與作息,A跟B可以同時並行,也可以先做1週的A,第2週開始A+B
比如說: 第1週 第2週 第3週 第4週 第5週
看是 B A+B=C A+B=C A+B=C 視數據調整
或是 A A+B=C A+B=C A+B=C 視數據調整

而營養的規劃則以衛生署建議每人每日之營養配比為主,視個人需求分配到四~六餐

運動 過度運動並不會讓你瘦得比較快!
